SSMS Satellite Manual Registration ERROR the file does not contain the right Account name for this request.

hi all,

im trying to register a SSMS Satellite Server

but i get this error when trying to load the auth file back in to the satellite server

the file does not contain the right Account name for this request.

where can is the account name configured and where can i verify it .... i have looked at other satellite servers and the details in there auth file matches mine

have you been able to sort this out? I'm currently having this problem with Smart Software Manager Satellite Enhanced Edition 6.3.0
