We have stealthwatch but we are handing it over to another team in the same office.

Would it be possible to get someone out to check out the config and give some advice

to the new team that will be managing it

Cisco Support Community doesn't handle that sort of request. 

Additionally, Stealthwatch products still use the salesforce.com-based customer support site from the former Lancope company. You can find it here:

All that aside, this would be a better question for paid customer support.
