Stratix 5700 switch configuration in VLAN

Dear Team,

We are using stratix 5700 switch and need to setup that switch in VLAN. We have done IP assignment, Subnet and Gateway settings using Express setup option through laptop. After static assignment when we are connecting that switch on VLAN port it is not working. Is there any settings we need to do using port settings or smartport or VLAN management option please suggest.

What Vlan do you have configured (a Vlan other than the default Vlan) ? What is the 5700 connected to ? And where are you connecting from, and what are you connecting to, the switch itself, or a client connected to the host ?
