Viewing the raw syslog.log file? No. You can use a text reader to do that.
However, you can view the messages which RME has processed, and added to its database by running the various syslog reports under RME > Reports > Report Generator.
I know quite a few Windows users who like Ultra Edit (http://www.ultraedit.com/ ). You can download an eval to try out. I myself like Vim (http://www.vim.org/download.php ), but it's an acquired taste. Both are capable of opening large files.
