Topology view confused with router sub-interfaces

Installed a demo of LMS 2.5 for client and found that Topology Services acts a bit strange when routers are using sub-interfaces.

The Layer2 view will show the connection between the switch and the router, as well as a phantom link from the router to nowhere.

The Layer 3 view will corectly show all the switches and other devices in a group as connected except the router.

This only occurs when the router is using ethernet sub-interfaces.

Any idea's why this happens?
