UCS 6248UP Fabric Interconnect FSM:Failed

I had my switches connected to a test bed network with integration into VMware vCenter server. After I moved to production network I get the following error:

[FSM:Failed]: External VM manager extension-key configuration (FSM:sam:dme:Extvmmmasterextkeyconfig). Remote-Invocation-error: Error syncing extension key.

I have looked everywhere and removed any references to the old vcenter server. Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to clear this issue? Also, is their a way to clear the faults and events just in case it is hung in the list?

Hi,

I have the same issue after my Fabric interconnect got corrupted and later was fixed by cisco, but the alert still exist. Please let me know if you guys find a solution.
