Upgrade of code on CSS11500 breaks LMS2.2

Having upgraded a CSS 11500 to update the mib variables to standard cisco, CWLMS can obviously no longer talk to it. Can someone please advise how to rectify this, is it by installing the latest device package in CiscoView or by importing the new mibs into LMS somehow? If it is a question of importing the mibs can someone please tell me how to do this?

Thanks

Nick

Did you follow the method specified in the following document.

What is the error you are getting from LMS.

The problem is not with upgrading the code on the CSS, but is caused by the upgrade. That is the new version of code moves the mib OID from the old Arrowpoint arm of the MIB tree into the standard Cisco (.9) arm of the MIB tree. As the original MIB info held in LMS was for the arrowpoint OIDs it needs to be updated to the Cisco variant.

The error is merely confirming the fact that LMS cannot get an SNMP response.
