On a fresh install of Windows server 2000 SP4, I have installed IP Telephony Monitor 2.0. I have added no devices, but have tried to upgrade the software to IDU V4, prior to going to IDU V6. The upgrade starts ok, but during the "Removing Monitored Phone Objects" section it comes up with an error - "Please start the CiscoWorks Daemon Manager'. Checking the services on the server this service is already running. I have stopped and started the service with no success.
