User Tracking on C3550

I am not able to see any of the devices attached to the Cat 3550 on the Ciscoworks 2000. I know this is a very old version of CiscoWorks but I still need it to see these devices.

Please help.

Check the version of LMS (campus manager) and see if the 3550 is a supported device.

Also, does the device appear as green with a ?
