UserTracking IPPhones (no Device Name, Ports, Ports Name, etc)

Hi,

I'm having problem in USerTracking to IPPhones, he brings the information such as Phone Number, Phone, Description, MACAddress, etc.. However, no information where they are connected (Device Name, Port, Port Name).

The usertracking to EndHost is functioning normally.

I'm using CM 5.2.0 with LMS 3.2.

All CCM are registered on the MT database and appear in Topology Services after the
Data Collection).

Hi,

I have LMS 3.2 and in user tracking IPPhones i see only phones with our power supply all other connected behind a switch 2960 (48 ports) i can not see they.

When i ran snmp walk on a device C2960 Poe i saw every IP Phones 7942.

What i must do?
