Hi,
I am new to Cisco, and need to use CNA to connect to a switch, it connects OK for an existing account, but I have created a new user (i am trying to create a read-only user) and when i try and connect to the switch through CNA with the newly created user account details, It just prompts for username and password for ever. I can ssh with this new account no problem.
i am guessing that i need to enable some form of authentication (aaa?) but am not sure,
is there a checklist of what is needed to allow a newly added (privilege level 5) account to connect through CNA?
