UTLite (No Usernames)

We have upgraded CiscoWorks to LMS 2.5 and we decided to use Utlite for user tracking.

We have installed this utility as per the instructions and it gathers all the information needed except the usernames. In saying that it has found some usernames but not the majority.

Any ideas?

Is it possible that the directory where you install the UtLite some users don't have the required permissions to access that directory?

Is it one Cisco device(all 4506's in your network..) or is it multiple devices?

I will check out the permission thing with the directory. It is located in the WINNT. As for the devices. Yes we have various Cisco devices from 2950 to 6500
