UTU v2.0 - Can search by mac-address but not IP address

Hello,

We are using LMS 3.2 (Campus Manager 5.2.1) and I just installed User Tracking Utility v2.0.  I used an older version of UTU successfully before we moved to Vista and then stopped using UTU because it was not supported.  After installing UTU v2.0 I am able to successfully search for end hosts by mac-address but any searches by IP address returns "No Records Found".  Are there known issues with using v2.0 on a 64 bit client version of Vista?

I was able to fix this issue by rebooting the Ciscoworks server.

Incidently I have now tried UTU v2.0 on Windows 7 64 bit and it seems to work fine although as I understand it not officially supported.
