Hello:
We are planning to replace old Cisco 3560 and 4505 switches. (currently I have a single voice vlan and data vlan).
Is it a good idea to create multiple vlans (ex: voice vlan, printers on another vlan, security camera on separate vlan etc)etc?
Currently I have 260 cisco phones, 320 computers and 15 network printers and 32 IP security cameras. ( all in 5 floors)

Hi Alex ,
I would say yes! , It is a good idea to segregate the traffic types into VLANs , that way you will improve the QoS of the video and voice devices and add an extra layer of security to the switch.
If your network design allow it , you can create separate VLANs for every type of traffic.
You can also create one VLAN per floor to separate the broadcast domains.
Hope it helps

It's highly recommended to do so.
You should use a vlan for each service (phones, computers and printers with client isolation off, and cctv).
