vpn client sometimes get connected and sometimes cannot....

hi, i've configured the easy vpn server in the cisco 871-k9 router and the remote client sometimes get connected and sometimes it just cant get connected to the router... i have one easy vpn server on each side and few clients on each side, this issue is happenning in both sides... also it sometimes is connected fine and then it got disconnected repentinely...

how can I prevent this kind of problems?
