What are "unconnected devices" in CiscoWorks Topology.....

..... and how do I get "Unconnected devices" into the connected devices topology map? Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

Unconnected devices are those which are in DCR, but do not have a CDP neighbor relationship with other devices in DCR. In order to get those devices onto the Layer 2 View, you will need to make sure CDP is properly negotiated with the device's neighbors. There is no way to manually move devices, or draw links in Campus Manager.
