What is device alert identifier? in device center lms 2.5

Hi,

I'm running LMS 2.5 CS 3.0 SP1 , CM 4.01, and when I goto campus manager, device center, there is a field there that says "device alert identifier" and then it has some numbers after it. (0057!) and then an exclamation point, what does this field mean? and what do the numbers mean, can someone point me in the right direction and or explain this to me.

I believe you mean, Device Troubleshooting > Device Center > Select Device > "device Alert Identifier. This field is from DFM. The ID is based on the alert you recieve. Open DFM Alerts and Activities this will give all alerts that are currently open within your network. The alerts could be as simple as highbroadcasts or as serious as a failing power supply on a core router. hope this helps
