WhatsUpGold (Cisco works SNMS) trap receiver

I have CiscoWorks SNMS 1.5.1 installed on a windows 2003 server (with CV 6.0 and all the latest IDU's and CV updates installed). I cannot get WUG to receive traps on port 162 (nothing else seems to be using that port). Has anyone seen this problem? If so, what is the solution?

I have faced a similar problem. That got sorted out when I used windows 2000 server or a NT server . I guess there is some issue with 2003 server. Try the other OS servers. it should work.
