Where can i download the older firmware version 2.3.0.130 .ros file?

We are trying to upgrade a Cisco SG300-52P 52-Port Gigabit PoE Switch from firmware 1.4.11.5 to version 2.3.0.130.  We are not able to find this firmware version on the Cisco Downloads page.  The oldest version available for download is 2.3.5.63.  When we try to upgrade to this version we receive the error - "invalid file format". 

Where can we download the older 2.3.0.130 .ros file?

Can you even upgrade it to any release higher than 1.4.11? I don't think that model could be upgraded to any higher release.
