which protocol will be thr major at the near future ?

Hi,
Does at the next few years (up to a decade) network traffic Protocol will remain to be TCP/IP or other protocol for example binary (close to the of the machine code) to improve latency and many transactions between the devices?
This uses of he protocol are  : mobile media communication, IOT, communication between machines/vehicles ,surfing at websites, etc ...
I would be happy if you can send me also links to articles on this subject.
