API's Access

I am interested in the following API's for our software. 

•                 Cisco End-of-Life (EoX) API
•                 Cisco Product Information API
•                 Cisco Serial Number to Information API
•                 Cisco Software Suggestions API
•                 Cisco Bug Search API

Do I have to purchase a contract just to get them? How do I get access to these API's?

Yes, Cisco Smart Net Total Care is required to gain access to the support APIs. More information available here: https://developer.cisco.com/site/support-apis/

There's an email referenced in that website for further support from the relevant team.

Alternatively to being a SNTC customer you can get access through a Cisco Partnership. If you work at a Cisco partner you can reach out to your partner manager and fill out the form/send an email as outlined by the support APIs developer support doc: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/support-apis/developer-support/
