yes but their is lot of data that is not exposed through API like

I've not seen anything specific saying you can not do screen scraping.

I agree with @Philip D'Ath. Afair, there is no rule against screenscraping, as it is just a script impersonating a users movement in the dashboard.

Just don't expect the screen scraping script will work from day to day. The dashboard changes.
