0TX and 0RX for User Coonected over IPSec VPN

Hi Foks

I Received  State like  XAUTH for User connected over IPSec vpn,what this mean and how to fix it?

also when i iisue the coomand sh vpn-seesiondb remote i found this user connected but with 0TX and 0RX,,,,Please help

Hi,

Xauth is a state where the Tunnel is waiting for the user to enter the credentials so that authentictation can be done. It is phase 1.5 in RA VPN.

The user is having 0 Tx or 0 Rx because the tunnel is not yet up. After XAuth, phase 2 of the Tunnel will be negotiated. Tunnel will come up and then the traffic will flow.

onother symtoms now,when i issue the command show vpn-session remote,again i saw it connected but with 0TX and 0RX,Please help to fix and Troubleshoot the issue
