2 subnets through 1 Pix

We are working with a school district interested in potecting both their Student network as well as the admin network.The two are totally separate(different subnets) except for sharing a switch for internet access. Is it possible for the two networks to share the same PIX? We need NAT translation, VPN capabilities to both networks. Do we to need to add another NIC into the PIX or do I need 2 PIX- 1 for each subnet.

You can use same (one) PIX for both subnets, just add another NIC and have for eg the admin subnet on ethernet1 and student subnet on ethernet2.

Ethernet0 would be your outside connecting to internet.
