good day FMC / FTD users
wonder if anyone has done the research and actually chosen a MDR / MTR partner that actually works with data flow / logging / IOC / etc from FMC / FTD , in a 24 x 7 support
as we are having talks with MDR / MTR most want to get data/telemetry info from select ENDPOINT AV with EDR hooks ....but i haven't seen , beside ArcticWolf , anyone who will ingest / work-with Cisco 2100/FMC info source.
we're a small IT support dept and thus need the outside support for 24x7 and 'informed personnel' who know FMC / FTD / Security Intelligence / environment.
and , yes, i know 'we' have access to FREE Secure X....but that still relies on US internally to have to deal with looking thru all the data / alerts.... looking more for a Managed Service offering.
