6509 FWSM Monitor Traffic

Does anyone know if the is a way to monitor the traffic that flows through the FWSM (maybe a tool or a utility)?  For example, we would like to see how much traffic flows through the FWSM by day.  We know that you can use the show traffic command but then we would have to clear the traffic manually every day.

The best thing you could do for this situation would be to get a monitoring software; for example Cisco Prime, Cacti, Solarwinds, Splunk, etc.

These are just some products that can monitor your hourly, daily, weekly and monthly usage.  Other wise you would need to clear your collection counters each day...however you could use EEM in version 9,2 and later to automate this.
