A firewall that can connect two sites at a time

i have a firewall CISCO ASA 5510 ,when i am connecting to two sites at a time,the  one site has static ip and other has dynamic ip, it is not connecting to both at a time, if one works the another is not working, pls suggest me to buy a new one that supports both(suggest me what model is)
