A question about problems running NAC Windows Agent...

I'm running VISTA on an hp laptop.  The college I teach at uses NACWindows Agent 4.8.1.5 and loads it from an Active X web client after I am authenticated to the local network.

Everything appears to load properly and when I look at the system tray, the CISCO NAC Agent icon is there.  When I right click on it and select login or properties, nothing happens.

This used to work (as of three days ago) and the only thing I have done since then is load, run and delete AdAware and I updated my ANSYS to version 12.

The IP addresses are not static, and I'm not using a proxy.

Any ideas?

Are you the only one having the problem ?

If not it's a NAC-side problem, not on your laptop and in which case we'd need the NAC deployment info.
