hello all!
is the transparent mode (no ip address configured on interfaces ) supported on the cisco pix firewall.

No, the PIX is a layer 3 IP device only, you have to have an IP address on an interface for it to forward and accept traffic.

thank you for your reply.I want to know if i can limit the traffic per user by specify the number of tcp/ip connections.
