Access Control System License Query

Hi Folks,

Customer already purchased a base license (for 500 devices) for upgrading their ACS instance however they have more than 500 devices that needs to be added on their ACS instance and that would mean they would be needing the Large Deployment Feature license (unlimited device counts).  

 is there any purchase model wherein their instance can still be part of the global license pool ?

The part number L-CSACS-5-LRG-LIC is always considered an add-on to a base ACS license. So in that sense it does take into account that the customer already has the 500 device base license.
