I have the following...

----ISP provided router....192.168.1.1 set in bridge mode.....

----ASA 5510 outside interface set to ppoe

----ASA 5510 inside interface set to 192.168.10.1 (dhcp ips to other office pc)

----ASA 5510 mgmt interface set to 192.168.1.5

My PC is has the ASDM-ISM Launcher software installed on it...

IF I hook my pc to the ISP provided router I CAN access the ASDM.....but then I am not on the network so I can access the Internet or server........

IF I hook my pc to the inside interface I can't connect the ASDM.....is there some coding or something different I need to do to make this work??

Thanks!!

Thanks.

Hello,

Make sure that you have something like this in your config:

http 192.168.10.0 255.255.255.0 inside

Also, make sure you are connecting to ASDM using 192.168.10.1 when you are on the inside network.

If that's still not working, you can check the output of 'debug http' to find out what might be causing the problem. This guide may also help:

Hope that helps.
