Solved: ACLs on the ISR G2 are

Hi,

How the configured ACLs are processed in ISR routers (C3800 / C3900), is it processed in Hardware / Software (CPU) ?

Does ISR has TCAM for ACL Processing ?

ACLs on the ISR G2 are supported in the CEF switching path. CEF is a hybrid of software and hardware as far as I understand it. It does use TCAM on the router for hardware assistance.
