Adding Device

Hi.

I'm having issues adding the devices to Defense Center 750 5.3.1, I'm gettinh this error message:

ERROR - Sensor has a newer version (5.3.1 vs 5.4.0.1)

I tried to update the device with no success. Any thoughts?

Hello Pablo, just to confirm:

- Your FireSIGHT is running 5.3.1 

- Your Sensor is running 5.4.0.1

If so, you will need to upgrade your FireSIGHT to 5.4.0.1 and then you should be able to add the device. Alternatively, you can re-image the sensor to match version 5.3.1 which should also allow you to add it to FireSIGHT.
