hi all
i'm having issues with ASDM 6.3 on my ASA 5500
When i try to add a policy under firewall --> service policy rules (Add Service Policy Rule Wizard - Rule Actions), i'm not able to add a netflow policy as I'm not presented with a dialogue box after I press "add"
i've tried this from multiple computers mac os and windows
can anyone offer any advise ?

Hello,
So the issue is with the just with the Netflow setup.
Can you provide the :
- show run ASDM via CLI
Have you already configured the server to send all the login information via the netflow data packet?
I think this link I have looked for you will help you on this, this is the exact processure you got to follow in order to configure netwflow via ASDM .

Hello Ip Guy,
I think I got it, After investigating this issue I got into the conclusion that It might be a compatibility issue, and it looks like that is the problem here.So can you upgarde your asdm to 6.3.4 and give it a try.
Here is what I got from one compatibility text
ASA 8.2(3) | ASDM 6.3(4) and later.Recommended: 6.4(5) |
