ADSM password on new ASA5515 not working

I have a new out of the box ASA 5515 and I’m trying to do the basic setup.  I plug my laptop into the management port and it gets an IP from the ASA.  The IP for the ASA is 192.168.1.1 and the laptop is 192.168.1.2

When I go to the following web site https://192.168.1.1 it opened a web page to start the launcher.  The ASDM launcher prompts for the name or IP then has a space for user name and password.  Do you have any idea what the user name and password should be?  Everything I read said it should be blank but its not working.  The quick start guide http://www.cisco.com/go/asa5500x-quick will not help.  Also the "Run Startup Wizard" is not displayed.

You could try

cisco/cisco

admin/cisco

if they don't work, you could connect to the CLI using a console cable and issue the following command

username cisco password cisco

aaa authentication http console LOCAL

Then considering all other config is correct you should be able to access the ASDM using cisco/cisco for username and password.
