Hello. I,ve got license for AIM module from cisco.com using device manager. Then i've configured scheduler for signature updates, but update does not work.
What Signiture Engine version are you running? I have a similar issue and I was told by Cisco support to upgrade my signiture engine from E3 to E4. Apparently, you have to have the latest signiture engine to get the latest updates. It would actully check for updates ok it just would not apply them. I have an AIM IPS as well so thought it might be the same issue as yours.
