AIP-SSM Event monitoring

I don't see any high alerts in event monitoring tab in IME 7.0.1 but i can see same high alerts in sensor monitoring and through CLI .how can i solve this issue, i tried using IME on multiple PC but still the same, where the issue is lying????

Hi,

- Are you able to see other Sev Logs in IME Event Monitoring?

- Try selecting Sensor Name, select Real Time logs and check if you see some events.

I can see the low & informational alerts but i can't see the high alerts.below is the available high alerts which i can see from sensor monitoring tab.But the same i cannot see on event monitoring tab.

try selecting sensor name select real time logs and check if you see some events.

i don't see real time events,

Hi,

As per my understanding, you should receive those events in Event Monitoring if they are visible in Sensor Monitoring tab.

For testing purpose, you could try checking with different IME version(try 7.2.7) and see if that works.

If that does not work, please open a TAC case to troubleshoot the issue further.

I have installed the latest IME 7.2.7 but still i cant see the high/medium alerts from event monitoring tab.which i can see from sensor monitoring tab.

Any more hints
