Allow ping from specific address on SA520W

I have an SA520W and I need to configure it to allow pings from our ISP.  I left the "Block Ping to WAN interface" checkbox checked, hoping to override it by creating a firewall rule.

My IPv4 firewall rule allows the PING service from our ISP address and directs it to one of the computers on our network.  However, the ping requests are still failing.  Is there something I am missing? I've tried allowing ICMP-Type-8 and creating an ICMP-Type-0 service as well.

I'll leave this comment here for anybody else struggling with a similar issue. Make sure to pay attention to the priority order of your firewall rules. We have a rule that blocks any service from WAN to LAN and it had a higher priority than the new service we created to allow pings.
