Hi all
I just wanted to know how many access-group entry/ies that you can attached to a PIX 515ER interface? I wonder if it's the same rule as the router, ie 1 ACL/interface/direction. Thanks fr your help.

Hi Vincent,
You can apply only one access-group on any pix interface... its not like in a router.. in a router you can apply inbound/outbound access-groups.. On a pix you can apply only inbound access-groups..
hope this helps.. all the best..

PIX 7.0 does have support for outbound access-lists in addition to inbound access-lists. So, it should now be more like Cisco IOS with respect to access-lists.
