We have a situation where Anyconnect does not connect to mobile network. Although the mobile adapter is listed under networks, after chosing the adapter nothing happens. The connection can only be established in Windows adapter settings. After successful connection Anyconnect still says it is looking for a network although it is connected.
This issue seems to be related to the SIM Card of the mobile provider. Older Cards work fine but a newer series shows this behavior. Does anybody know how the SIM Card can cause this issue?
The mobile provider guarantees that the old and new cards are identical. But there must be a difference between both.
