Anyconnect for windows server 2022 issue

Hi everyone, I am new beginer for Cisco anyconnect. Recently,  we have a situation. we are using anyconnect (vpnclient-winx64-msi-5.0.07.0440-k9) on Microsoft windows server 2016, which is worked. Now, we will migrate to new server windows server 2022, which is not work and show this error. Anyone can help me what does it mean and how to fix it?

Before this post, I tried following the step to do that it is doesn't work for me. Thanks.

When you say Migrated - upgrade from 2016 to 2022 or fresh installation.

i would uninstall and install again and test it...(if not TAC can assists here)

The screen shot you are showing in the original post is from the old Cisco IPsec VPN client. That software has been discontinued for many years now.

AnyConnect (recently renamed Cisco Secure client) is the modern client and should work with Windows 2022. However the headend VPN you are connecting to would have to be updated to use AnyConnect.
