I try to configure both anyconnect and clientless. Clientless works, but anyconnect's traffic dropped by acl-drop

I configured permit any any on outside, nat (in,out) in both directions, try to play with filter in gp but don't understand it not work.
When I enable essentials feature traffic is passed...(
