Hello guys,
so I have a problem. In company where I am working we have Cisco FTD 1010 with newest OS version 7.2.5 which are connected to FMC and any ssh login is with our domain accounts. We have saved loca users for emergency. And one of our FTD get crashed and disconnected from FMC. When I tried to log in with local user it said Permission Denied. To be honest, someone else who left company, configured it like 1-2 years ago and now we are not able to log in. Is there any option to restore/reset password? Or even enter to CLI without it? I am going on Monday to this office to plug in COM cable and try locally to log in but is there any other option? I heard that it could be done form ROMMON but form nevest version there is only option to factory-reset. So any advice on how to reset/restore password or log in without it? Factory reset is for us only last resort. Also we have backup so no issue but I was wondering if there us some other simplest way
