Apply DST command in PIX 525 failover envionment

Hi,

I need to perform DST command ?clock summer-time EDT recurring 2 Sun Mar 2:00 1 Sun Nov 2:00? (Refer to http://cisco.com/en/US/customer/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_tech_note09186a00807ca437.shtml#pixos) to my PIX525 failover environment. I want to know do I need to apply this command to both of the PIX or only on the primary PIX. The failover is running as Active-Standby status. Thanks. Any suggention Any suggestion regarding DST issue on PIX is very appreciate.

Pix version is 6.3(4).

Assuming that your Primary PIX is Active and Secondary PIX is Standby-

You dont need to add this command to the Secondary PIX. Once you enter this command on the Primary (Active) PIX, it will automatically be replicated to Secondary (Standby) PIX.

You only need to use this command prior to 6.3(6) code. From 6.3(6) code, this command is not required.
