APPS still Blocking in FMC 750

Hi

I have FMC 750 connected to SFR on ASA 5555, I have some rules to filter internet usage in my network, one of these rules Blocking (whatsapp media messages).

I removed it from the rule with saving and deploy it, but it still block it.

Any solution??

Did you check your connection events for Block actions?

You're not doing any SSL Policies with Decrypt action are you?

Also check ACLs on the ASA itself.

Thank you very much Marvin, I found the issue, It was the TV/Video filter i should remove it not only the application name.
