Are there any differences in features between Cisco Meraki firewall hardware appliance and Cisco Meraki vMX virtual appliance

We are planning to purchase a new Firewall solution for our Office network. The feature that we require from the firewall is as below:

• HTTPS decryption and logging
• IPS/IDS
• Gateway Antivirus
• URL filtering
• WAN load balancing and fault tolerance

Based on my Research I found that  virtual appliance does not have NGFW features mentioned above, but I could not confirm it.

Can anyone please help me with this query ?

The vMX is only intended to be a VPN concentrator.  It is not intended to be used as a firewall.
