I have a ASA that when I turn on a firewall rule I can not get to the destination I want to get to. I can get to the webpage, but it just spins and does not time out.
However, when I turn off the firewall rule and allow all ip addresses to come through on the same computer I can get into the account I want.
The question: Why would I be able to get to the website and get into it with the firewall rules off, but not when the firewall rules are on?
Could it be an authentication issue or an IP address issue?

Hi @Tbone
To answer that we need to see the rule you are applying on the firewall.

first try check DNS by lookup
then use packet tracer to see which FW make issue exactly

My first thought is, is there redirection happening?
Other than that we will need to see the ASAs configuration along with information on source and destination IPs.
