Hello,
At the boot up of the ASA 5505 device, the status LED remains red, i have used a console port to connect but nothing seems to be responding.
i dont know if it's a hardware issue or software, please any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Moussaoui,
It could be. If you have any spare RAM then you could do that. If RAM is the issue then generally it shows atleast something on the console. That is th reason i asked if even a single line shows up on the screen then it could be RAM issue.

I believe you have already reloaded it.
If it doesn't show up anything in the console (not even a single line; i believe console cable is fine) then open a tac case. It might be a hardware issue.

Hi Akshay,
i already did all what you say (relaod, cable fine) nothing show up on console ports. after some research on the internet some people said it is RAM issue, is it possible ?.
