ASA 5505 Unknown Echo Response Type 0x20

Relevant information:
Site is phreesia.com (50.57.240.29)
Comcast static IP with modem in bridge mode

Backstory:
We were planning on cutting this client over from a single static to 5 statics. Comcast jumped the gun on us and applied the change before we were ready and we had them cut back to the old config.

Before the cut, pinging this ip, browsing to the site, etc all responded properly. After the cut, can no longer ping, browse, nothing. This is the only site/IP that this problem is occurring on. All others are fine.

Testing:
I have verified that pings to this site pass through the ASA from inside to outside. I am receiving this error when running a ping with verbose and debugging 255 when trying to ping from the outside interface on the CLI.

Everything has been rebooted since the cut back.

Thoughts?

I am leaning towards something on Comcast goobering up the response.

I just checked pinging the IP and also browing the website, seems to be OK now.

I would say Comcast did something
