ASA 5506-x with firepwer : Unable to load container

When going to Configuration > ASA Firepower Configuration > Device Management > Interfaces, I've got this problem: Unable to load container. How can resolve it?

what is the version of ASA  code and SFR code.

Try to reload SFR module and check.

still the issue after generate troubleshooting file.

ASA version : v6.2.2

sfr version :

that show working as normal  - have you tried reload the module (in maintenance window ?)

I have reload the sfr module from console " system reload" and from ASA "Reload" , And from ASDM "Tools - System Reload"

Hi friend 

There is no connect at all

So let check basic

Firepower mgmt interface must be 192.168.1.2 

And the data interface connect to is 192.168.1.1 (which is gw of mgmt interface of firepower)

The cable must attach from mgmt interface to SW and from SW to data interface of ASA.

Do above and then check again
